I have received various messages and emails from citizens appealing for a strong lok pal bill ,  I would like to Thank you all for your messages,  I  too agree that we must have a strong and effective law to fight corruption and hold people in office accountable for better functioning of things in our country, the  parliament is determined to bring a very effective law, you must understand that the present government gave us RTI as well which enabled transparency and therefore many scams came to fore.

The administration has, I agree made mistakes in handling situations but to be rigid and say my law or no other is unfair, it is not about Jan lokpal or lok pal, it is about bringing a well thought of effective law which works, for which other views must also be taken into consideration. Annaji's campaign against corruption is a fantastic movement which has engaged the mind, heart and spirit of the country, especially the youth, let's not divert the attention of this movement from corruption for a fight of whose bill will be brought in. We are a democracy and we must safeguard our democracy and uphold our constitution and let the work of legislating be done by legislators. The people have made their point and the parliament has sat up and taken note.
Please have faith if not in the elected representatives, at least the institution of democracy.

The people of this country are supreme, they chose their governments and change them too. Every person sitting in the lok sabha has been elected there by the people.

We also must realize that we are all on the same side against corruption, there is no fight or debate on that, the debate lies in my way or no way attitude that cannot be adopted in a democracy by anyone.
Let's hope we can all reach an understanding on this.
