Problems in HCS and sewage leekage
Dear Priyaji,
May GOD bless you.
We the residents of Suraj CHS J.T.Road, Near Ram Mandir, Santacruz ( W) are in much trouble these days.
We have complained to registrar. The deputy registrar came, made inquiries, but had not taken any action.Now we have filed the case in Cooperative court.
Our maintaince charges are doubled,services of electrician, plumber pest control etc. wirthdrawn,non- occuopancy charges too high against the Govt. Rule of 10% of the maintenance charges.
AGMs are called at a nearby hotel. Earlier AGMs were always held in society office.
We request you to pursue the case in Registrar office to disolve the present committee and for fresh election.
2. Continuous sewage leekage at Khreera Nagar,S.V. Road, Santacruz (W).
Since years there is sewage leekage in front of Khreera Nagar Bus Stop S.V. Road, Santacruz (W). It is difficult to stand on the bus stand and walk on the road. All the efforts to get done the work are fruitless. Please look in to the matter and arrange to solve the problem through BMC.

I just wanted you to know that you're doing a great job and you're doing justice to your father's legacy. I also wanted you to know i am huge fan of Sanju. Besides most of the post lamps have been stolen or broken by the drug addicts. Some unwanted elements are using its foothpath (station road side) for sleeping, gambling and taking drugs.

our approach road
hi priya,this is seema aunty , i had written to you earlier too about the approach road to 3 bldgs -green acre, pali hill niketan -air india,
we are totally neglected societies of pali hill there no light ,no plants our bldg name boards get stolen from top , i have approached municipality and palihill resident association regarding all this they say they can only hande the nargis dutt rd,

Some work to be done in Bandra
Quite a few roads and streets in Bandra are constantly being dug by various organisations. Do the local H ward officers enforce penalties for delays and superfical cover up jobs ? It is time to implement a Price of Non Conformance concept to kee things in order.

Bhardawadi
This is Shilpa. I stay in Bhardawadi, which is a part of your constituency. Can I request your help in the repair of the Bhardawadi Road which links JP Road and S V Road? The Drain repair work has also been going on for months now without any relief in sight. Also, there are a number of illegal vehicles parked on the roads at all times. No one is bothered about the same. We have registered compliants numerous times but there is no action taken.
Dutt Saab was the MP from this place for a very long time and we have hopes from you. I have lived all my life in Andheri and have seen it degenerate into the mess it is today and my heart grieves for it. I am sure if Bandra becomes the mess that is Andheri, you will feel bad as well. Can you please help?
