I am a resident of your constituency Andheri West. The footpath on the J.P. Road near Indian Oil signal and the footpath opposite Kamdhenu Mall at Four Bunglows is occupied by beggars making it impossible for people to walk. As you will know that both these signals are prominent locations and walking on the road is not possible due to heavy vehicular traffic, usage of footpath is very essential to avoid accidents. Request you to kindly look into this matter.

the people in the slum r regularised if they have proofs of 1995 & it is proposed to regularise even the slums of 2000 , but there is even a minority group who r asked for the proof of 1962 just because they r on a private land & not declared as slum. why this step motherly treatment just because these group of people do not pose as a vote bank. the BMC wants to acquire 14 shops for road widening in mumbai but does not want to give any property as compensation just because we do not posseess proofs of 1962 we r all in the age group of 55 to 65 we occupy these structure since 1972 to 1976 the original occoupiers are not available from whome we have purchased this place we were forced to go to the court at this age we r not so good moneywise also to afford advocates fees where should we go or what should we do in this type of country where laws only change as & when required by politicians is there any one who could help us or is it just LEAVE IT TO GOD help us if its possible for u or give us some suggession what should we do because this would be land aquisition for the BMC but death sentence to 14 families
