You said to be in touch within our area.Well we came here fromBandra in 1972 and been here ever since At that time no Tv computer and reason to be heard was not within our reach
Now when its all there we are too old to speak
However I love writing and I must say a lot
has improved
There is a lot of traffic problems but then how can it ever be solvedNo sooner a road is open 100 cars zoom so there is ourself too blame
we need real good public transport for people to commute
My son works at the airport on shifts He uses the BEST bus since a year but there is no direct bus He goes to kurla crosses the bridge then to LEELAS another to the airport
After 10pm no bus to his residenceEarly 4am no bus again
Travelling odd hours no proper food timings and pressure is telling on his health He is 34 and got mild diabetes
We worry about his health
More companies should provide transport to ease the solutions

We all pray for a good government and this RECESSION ends soon That stress also is adding to peoples woes

No doubt Mumbai needs the Metro Rail, but instead of causing so much of displacement, why is it not possible to build this all along the coast form Versova to Bandra, Mahim, Dadar, Worli, Napeansea Road, Chowpathi, Marine Lines, Nariman Point. From various sites it would be then possible to have increased bus connectivity to different parts of the city. I urge you to consider this option.
